Jeremy was recommended to me by a close friend. My wife and I were still living in the Philippines and were hoping to buy our first home when we got state side. I worked with Jeremy a couple of years ago to buy a condo. I was very impressed with how Jeremy went about helping me. First, we met so we could talk about what I was looking for and the location I wanted to live in. Shortly after that meeting, Jeremy put together a list of condos to look at that met my request. I can't remember how many condos we looked at before I found the "one". Once I made the decision to buy, Jeremy was right on it and it closed within a couple of weeks. I really felt he had my best interest at heart by all the time and effort he put into finding me my home and taking care of everything else. All I had to do is show up to sign the papers!

We are moving from Georgia to Washington, and it had been so hard. Then we met Jeremy. He is so knowledge and very flexible for us. Whenever we have a question, he is there to answer day or night. We did our home buying completely but video and pictures. And there is no one else I would rather have had do it then Jeremy. My stress level went from a 10 to a 2. And now we are headed to Washington to our first home!!!

We had always wanted a vacation/retirement home to beat the Houston heat so when a beautiful house came on the market that coincided with a weekend getaway to Seattle we decided to take a look at the property. Jeremy immediately (as in 20 minutes from hitting the send button) responded to our inquiry and arranged for a showing the next day. While the location was perfect the property (which is 95 years old) will require some TLC. After some preliminary negotiating with the sellers agent we submitted and offer, which eventually got approved, kicking off the loan approval, insurance sourcing, appraisal and inspection ... process. While managing the whole process from TX Jeremy was our eyes and ears on the ground, always available to making the extra phone call, meeting an inspector, reassuring an nervous seller...and generally doing everything to keep the process moving forward. Not once in the entire process did we feel that Jeremy was not on top of proceedings. As we were running out of time towards the end of our contract period, due to some sloppy work from our lender (a local bank whom we had obviously never worked with before), Jeremy personally went to their branch and refused to leave until someone personally walked the file back through underwriting and rushed the docs out to the title company. Even after closing Jeremy has been supremely helpful in helping us get settled in a new state.... he's just that kind of a guy! We strongly endorse Jeremy and you will have a hard time finding a more straightforward, honest, sincere and hardworking agent
